  Shipped very fast and packaging was perfect. Chips were safely shipped inside of an anti-static bag and bubbled wrapped to boot. These appear to be brand new and were sold at a good price, being that they are no longer available. Thank you for the great deal. Now I can repair my old frequency counter. AAAAA+++++
