There was a bit of a hiccup with delivery being delayed, and the shipping company used was not as advertised; I would have appreciated the seller informing me about the delivery company change before shipping the laptop so that I could manage logistical issues. The seller did communicate well about the delivery delay though. Overall, I would buy from this seller again.
