    I ordered a used pc for a project; however when I received the device it had a malfunctioning cpu fan. The seller help me troubleshoot the issue, but unfortunately I had to return it. But, even though I had to return the item for a refund, my experience with this seller was top notch: they were helpful, communicated well, and shipped fast. I would purchase from this seller again.

    Great product, looks and runs like new. Everything matches the description, and the packaging was top tier. For $70 this laptop was great value, won't find cheaper anywhere. Very lightweight and slick design, would 100% recommend this product, but even more so the seller. Had a question about the listing, got a response next day. Very fast and reliable communication, this seller cares about their customers.

    Product was in excellent shape and at a great price. Others commented on the packaging and let me echo their thoughts. The packaging is incredible. I've never had a device so well packed. And it shipped fast too. Product was exactly as described and then some. Very happy.
