    The item is used , but in perfect condition as described and came very very well protected in a hard carton box , wrapped in paper, wrapped in plastic bubbles inside an antistatic bag (a bonus of course and are impressed that detail forgotten for many) .Was exactly as described for the seller and when you see that you feel very satisfied with your bussines .I recomended 100%

    Seller is awesome. Super good price, fast shipping and packed really well. Item was listed as Grade B with no charger but arrived in perfect condition, not a blemish or dust in the unit and showed up with a power cord. It works perfectly without any issues daily.

    Excellent customer service and communication, we received a laptop with a battery issue contacted seller they sent an RMA the same day. After we returned the surface laptop they shipped a replacement with priority shipping. It was in terrific condition and works perfectly. It looks like new, with no issues at all. Thank you!     Arrived perfectly, in the best packaging I’ve ever seen for a video card—shipped like a laptop. Card works beautifully, pristine condition, looks brand new. Exactly as described and a great deal. Would absolutely buy from this company again. Only delay was waiting for the right power supply to test it, but once I did, flawless.

    Absolutely satisfied with this purchase! The DJI Osmo SE came in super good condition — looks and works just like new. The packaging was excellent, with plenty of cushioning to keep everything safe during transit. The seller was also very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended!
