    The seller was great. The eBay misinformation regarding the car part I purchased was wrong. It specifically said, “ this item fits your car”. It didn’t, so it cost me $37.00 to ship the item wrong item back. THE LESSON I LEARNED….Don't trust eBay to help you determine a correct item. I believe eBay should reimburse me for $37 because of their misinformation…..I’m not holding my breath.

    I purchased an instrument cluster for my 2013 Honda Pilot Touring; Communication with the seller was stellar! He was super knowledgeable, friendly, & most helpful. He provided experienced guidance and suggestive solutions. He even communicated on Sunday! Price & product were reasonable & exactly as-described! I wouldn’t hesitate for even a moment to buy again or recommend to other prospective purchasers!

    What can I say, Top notch customer service, answered all my annoying questions, went above and beyond to source a unit that they didn’t have in stock, tested it, reprogrammed and I got it in less than a week.     Got here right on time. Seller was very helpful letting me know if my instrument cluster would need to be programmed or not. They told me that it would plug in and work fine, and it did. Great customer experience. The item came as pictured and looks great. I would not hesitate to buy from this store again!
