  About 15 packs were messed up but package was intact. Don’t feel this was shipper’s fault. Just hate to lose that many packs. I will reuse seller again.

  Seller had advertised that they had what I ordered in stock, and sent me the shipping information. Everything appeared normal, until it didn’t. When I contacted them, I received a response let me know that they had inventory issues, and sent me a refund. About a week later, their listing still advertised that they had the item in stock. When I contacted them, they said no, they don’t have them in stock? I’m sure they’re a good company, they just need to get straightened their investment out

  There was a mix-up with the order which caused me to cancel. Seller quickly provided a refund. Sometime things happen beyond your control but a true measure is how one handles it once they are aware of an issue. This seller did the right thing. I would purchase from them again if I had a need in the future.
