  returned item using ebay return label sent to me using their returns system, as poor quality item for price. Seller denied it was their item although my purchase order shows it was. Ebay refunded me but stated it was returned in less than perfect conditon, this was untrue, it was in as received condition and unworn by me. Seller wont return item to me although denies it is their stock!!! Very bad experience all round !!

  Hi Apologies but I do not sell the necklace and bracelet set that you returned to me, I have never sold a matching bracelet with this necklace, I am glad you received a refund and I really dont know what happened here ?
