The packaging could be a bit better, as there wasn't alot of padding/protection for the phone during transit. Very helpful, great value. Came just as described (like new). The packaging however was just a flimsy grey plastic bag which was torn and full of holes on arrival. One edge of the trough had been scraped on something and was all scratched. I advised the seller of this, just for information, but the seller has not responded.
