  Arrived on time. I could have given it 5 stars, but one of the inks was taken out of the box. It was advertised as new in box. Probably, so it would fit the small envelope used to mail the items. I haven't used the inks yet, but I'm confident they will be fine. Good price for these 2 items.

  Ordered 2 HP Ink cartridges. Got them and they don t work. Contacted seller. They send back instructions to get cartridges to work. It didn t work. Contacted them again. They sent full refund. Much appreciated.
