  OK, it's been 6 weeks since I ordered and paid for this item. I don't know who has been more derelict - the seller, USPS, Ebay - in keeping me informed, offered a replacement or, OMG, offered me a refund! I even made another order from the seller - which I did receive - because I had already missed a deadline and needed to work on 2 jobs. So, what's the outcome?
