  The Rainbow vacuum was exactly as described. It appears and runs as good as a new E2-Black unit and for a fraction of the cost. We had a missing accessory - The seller was prompt to ship the missing part. The package was packed so well - It could have been dropped of a the roof and still be perfect upon opening. Refer to attached photos. Opened box is already partially unpacked! The unit was bubble wrapped securely. YES - I would recommend and would purchase from HouseTechElectronix again.

  I am very happy with the Rainbow vacuum system!. This is my 3rd one in 40 years! There is no better cleaning system! I've been very busy since my unit arrived. I may not outlive this unit, and am so happy to find this seller at such a good deal and in new condition! They were very patient with me and with all of my questions :-). I am very happy to have found them and learned how knowledgeable they are about Rainbow vacuums! Thank you! :-)
