    Laptop came quickly, appeared to be in excellent condition - like new. Unfortunately, the keyboard did not fully function. I contacted the seller who was courteous and responded promptly, and a full refund was offered upon return. The return process was free and extremely easy. I would definitely consider shopping with this seller again.

    The Mac Pro 2013 I ordered shipped very quickly and arrived on time. Unfortunately, it was damaged in shipping. The seller took care of the problem very quickly, issued a pre-paid return label, and provided a very prompt refund. This is a very reputable seller. Even with a bit of bad luck, the seller still made it a very positive experience. I highly recommend them.
