    S19 not quite as described, it s the more rare S19i model, which is a problem since I planned to use BraiinsOS. Shipped fast, the box needed additional packing, but thankfully the miner still worked. The dismissive communication from a long-time ebayer made it worse, but they ended up sending a full refund out of the blue, so I m chalking it up to them having a bad time! That was above & beyond, I give them major kudos for doing so! I hope you get back on track & don t get discouraged! Thanks!!!

    Great shipping great contact i don t understand crypto mining but he was willing to help me set it up. Great job good seller.

    The Braiin's firmware was autotuning the chips this is why the Red Light was blinking. It can take up to 24 hours to autune. I am happy to do a remote session to resolve the issue. In the future please contact me prior to leaving negative feedback. Miners are difficult to setup - If it bad I would happily replace it was in fact bad.

    originally the miner did not work and still currently doesn t work, but the seller did do the right thing and refunded the money BEFORE i even requested a refund! i would 100% order from this seller again i understand stuff happens and it could ve happened in shipping. i am just thankful i purchased from a trustworthy and honest person!

    Top left corner of the fan is broken. They said they would send them using UPS but they came USPS. I guess I have to change my address to not include the po box part. USPS doesn't deliver to homes in this area. still missing a few of the items I Ordered. I think I would use them again I just hope they use UPS next time.
