  This seller was beyond amazing! The item was exactly as pictured appreciate wise. Lights are bright and vibrant this piece has great quality. Fair price, fast response time on messages and shipping. The time taken in packaging to make sure I received the item was above and beyond what I expected. Received shipping wise in excellent condition with no issues. Was worried at first because I heard noise when I picked up the box but it was just the chain moving inside.   The quality and appearance of the sign was absolutely amazing! It came very well packaged and in good condition. Shipping did take a little longer than expected, HOWEVER when I contacted the seller they were very polite and explained why. I was very happy with how quick and polite they were! No complaints here! Great value for the price. I will return to this seller again I. The future if I buy another LED sign.

  It is an excellently designed product which is beautifully done. The item was packed well by seller to prevent any breakage. It is something I will cherish placing above my Seeburg jukebox.   Great customer service! Ordered a sign for the holidays, but the first sign unfortunately showed up damaged. Immediately sent a message and got a quick response saying that they would rectify the issue. New sign showed up in some extra secure packaging to ensure the safety of the piece, and it’s BEAUTIFUL!   I'm stoked!! Beautiful sign received from this seller in 5 days! Perfectly wrapped, NOT cracked or damaged at all. Like most companies, this seller had growing pains initially, but they have really improved their feedback ratings over the past year or two. I am getting ready to order 2 more of them.   Great Seller, Great Price, Nice Compact Transformer. Works Great on my 2013 Neon bar Sign. Seller Replied quickly to questions. Delivery only took 5 days across the country. I will buy from this seller again..
