  Item exactly as described (stated not working, for parts only). I needed the control panel and it was in perfect condition. Packaging was extreemly good. Could not have been any better. Very good value. I would have liked a little more discount on the postage.. On the whole, excelent supplier. I will check them out if I need anything else.
