  Item shipped out but unfortunately I never received it. I contacted the shipping carrier but never got a reply. Subsequently, I place the error on the carrier not the seller. Thanks for doing your part!

  I still have not received this package. I contacted UPS and they said the seller provided an address of 414 N Poplar in Solomon, KS which is NOT my address. UPS will not deliver the package to me until the seller updates the delivery address with UPS so they can reroute it for delivery to me. I understand the tracking information shows this as delivered, but I have been in contact with UPS and they are holding it. I expect someone to get this taken care of ASAP since the order has been paid for!

  Item advertised as Scentsy warmer. What I got was a warmer by Star Moon. Contacted seller, told him I was returning it and wanted a full refund including shipping since it was not the item advertised.. He agreed and my understanding was for me to keep the skull (I assumed because it was cheaper for him than paying for return shipping). 3 wks later no refund contacted him and was told to return item which I did. Had to pay $14 shipping to get refund. Won't buy from this person again.
