  Seller sent product without ANY protective packaging except for one layer of thin foam at the bottom and top. Seller also falsely claims to use UPS shipping in listing and instead uses Fedex. Seller did eventually refund money after a return, but their process took a long time and they kept trying to get me to keep the heavily damaged product for a minuscule ($30) discount. Would not trust this seller to ship any product that is remotely fragile or sensitive and would not buy from them again.

  Outstanding overall experience with the Seller. A+++ would buy again. I did not expect this great service as was purchased / shipped from LA during the time of the tragic fires. I had expected delays but instead shipped on time and delivered on time. Many Thanks!!!!
