    Complicated. Table delivered was missing a leg and leg bracket. Seller customer service was excellent in communication and sending missing parts quickly. Delivered Table box appeared damaged inside and outside. Table was easy to put together but is very heavy. Looks great on my deck.

    Is it possible to change delivery date to 5/7 Wednesday, if you can please advise, if not I’ll be home on Tuesday the 5/6 after 1.00 pm, delivery after would be fine , if none of these options are possible, please drop off package on cement lower floor, front lower door as it might rain…, thanks appreciate it

    this seller is a scammer RUNAWAY nothing was as described and they refused to fix it even tried to get me to cancel my case with ebay involving there dishonor! TOYAL SCAM ARTIST DONT GET TAKEN BY THEM LIKE I DID ! im out mty money and ebay is no help at all.. 100 percent ran around and refused a refund. BUYER BEWARE

    We have received your return request, stating the reason as “Doesn’t match description or photos.” We requested photos to confirm that the top panel may have some scratches. We also suggested sending you replacement parts. After you declined, we provided return shipping labels that have already been paid for. However, you have not returned the carport yet.
