  Jacket came in perfect condition and timely. Using their size chart, I ordered a jacket that was too big. I contacted the seller to exchange the jacket. They were agreeable but I had to send the jacket back to China instead of the USA return address on the shipping bag. In the alternative, they offered me a new jacket with a 15% discount. Neither was acceptable. I now have a jacket that is too big for my dog and will not purchase a new one from this company.

  I ordered amber lights, I was sent multi colored lights, with a remote that does not match the one on the website. Contacted the seller and got nowhere. Would not buy from again.

  Received today, earlier than expected. They look exactly as they did on ebay ad. I guess I'll find out tonight if they'll help my neck/shoulder problems. Here's to hoping...A great seller (regardless), they let me know where my package was at all times, & my items arrived in great condition :)
