  I bought a reindeer fur from them. When it arrived it looks very nice however I noticed that it is loosing lots of its hear so easily just to the touch! I told the seller I'll keep it because I don't like to deal with overseas returns, but I'm not happy! Seller reply immediately offering sending another fur free of charge and said they'll make sure it's not losing any hear.... this what I call an outstanding customer service!! I will shop from them again and again! I recommend them to everybody

  Received quickly, despite long distance. Carefully packaged. Items look great! Not same as pictured, but of similar quality and size. In fact, one of the skulls pictured had only one antler but all received have complete pairs. Great value. Very happy with purchase! Would recommend.

  The item and transaction were both fine, I will start out by saying. The problem with this seller is that my package was held at the post office, and every single day for a week, this seller harassed and scolded me about picking it up RIGHT AWAY. I’m a disabled person who depends on others for travel, and it was the middle of a 100 degree heat wave, so it took me a week to get down there and get it, but this seller was constantly harassing and scolding me about picking it up faster
