    Item was as described and in brand new condition. Packaging was best I’ve received in years, package wrapped in plastic so there would be absolutely no water damage if delivered and left out side. Shipping time frame was fast. The price was the buying point for me. Wish there were more sellers like this.

    Sadly, the doll was not properly bubble wrapped so she did arrive with a broken leg. The Seller was quick to refund me my money when I took pictures of the damage. Overall this was a positive experience insofar as the Seller did take complete ownership and responsibility for the mishap. I would buy from the Seller again because of this.

    The controller was just as described but better than I was expecting. No stick drift an A++. Everything on controller works amazing. The shipping was slow as molasses in a hail storm. USPS advantage is a scam you're better off doing priority. For the price of shipping it wasn't bad. Wished shipping was quicker. But being on a budget just gotta be patient it'll get to you eventually. The item was packaged securely. Remote works w/Xbox 1 perfectly. Thank you so much. Have a Merry Christmas! 😊
