  Exactly as described, and fast shipping! Not only was this a great deal, it went smoothly and quickly. Highly recommend. There was an issue and I contacted them and they promptly corrected it and reshipping. The timing was very good too, as it arrived the day after my new commission began.

  Bought 2 of this item both came without the ink cartridge. I wrote this seller. They responded promptly and checked with their "shipping" staff only to be told they don't send it extra ink. I was not asking for extra ink I just wanted the ink that was supposed to come included in the first place. I ended up having to order ink from another seller. I will not purchase anything or recommend this seller to anyone I know.

  Item is very thin and flimsy. I ordered a number of items, all different names and 3 arrived broken. I contacted the seller immediately and sent photos. All in all I sent 3 messages and I have not had one single reply even though a week has gone by. Bad value for money and terrible customer service.
