  I believe the seller had the item drop shipped. It was not sent with any padding and the box suffered some slight damage. I contacted the seller about the issue. It took a day or 2 before reply-but they did offer me a discount or to return package. I was happy they replied and were receptive to doing something to correct the problem. I decided on the the discount they offered to avoid the trouble of the return.

  The item was listed "Limited Edition 4k Blu-ray", but I received the standard 4K Blu-ray edition. Regardless, it is brand new and sealed, and the seller offered me a small refund as a gesture of good faith, and professional courtesy. The shipping was also super fast. Pleasure doing business with.   Good deal, item as described, fast shipping. Only cons is that seller shipped item COD and I had to go pick-up package at post office. Overall I recommend this seller.
