    Unfortunately, the delivery person was unable to perform their job correctly by simply delivering the product. Despite this, I want to highlight the excellent professionalism and quality of service of the seller. They did everything possible to resolve the situation and make up for it, even though it was not enough to compensate for the delivery person's mistake.
