    Product came in was amazing quality. Original Samsung. Not a knock off. Looks brand new, barely any scratches or dings, looks better than the advertised pictures. Seller was kind enough to communicate that they'd send a nicer one from the inventory. Definitely worth the price. Highly recommended seller. The shipping was the only bummer, arrived almost a week late.

    Excellent seller. I bought the L earbud, paired it with my existing R and bingo bango bongo...just like a new set of earbuds!!! Shipping was same day, packaging was perfect, communication was excellent. Pricing was the best I could find, too. Definitely recommend! Many thanks!!!

    Great communication. I had questions and they were answered promptly. Shipping was a little off, not due to the company but USPS... the item was packaged very secured and the item is in excellent condition. I would definitely purchase from them again. A+

    It was exactly as described, and worth the value. Shipping wasn't too bad, perhaps if I had a complaint it would be there wasn't quite enough "bubble wrap" packaging to my taste. Although it made it to me fine in the end, so perhaps even that's irrelevant. Would recommend to another person.

    Seller reached out just before sending it and they realized the phone was in worse condition than advertised. We then renegotiated a fair price and issued a partial refund. Very honest and kind seller! They clearly double check their items and are sure to reach out if there is any inconsistency with the description.

    Fast shipping! Packaged a little oddly, but the phone was exactly in the condition the seller described it in, and it was most definitely worth the price I paid. Great seller!
