  Order shipped quickly and arrived promptly. Well packaged to prevent damage. Unfortunately, there was a problem due to poor documentation provided by the manufacturer, and the seller rectified the problem immediately. Would purchase again from this eBayer.

  Would have been nice to get a power cord. Packaging was prob worst I have seen. Chinese cardboard and lots of tape, so much tape was difficult to open. But, item arrived as described. Seems to work. Got a fair deal. Overall 5 stars bc I got a good deal, it works and matches description.

  The first controller arrived but did not work. I contacted the seller and said they would send an immediate replacement. The replacement arrived today and works perfectly. Outstanding customer support! I would buy from this seller again.
