  Item as described and despatched in quick time. Item arrived within 3 days and was well packaged. Item was much cheaper than I found elsewhere online. I had a query about my order and the seller responded on the same day and sorted everything out. Would happily buy from seller again

  Amazing price way cheaper than others, First item came damaged, but well packaged, I sent photos and they requested I sent it back and they sent a new one out, was abit annoying trying to find an open post office with work, but they did send the new one quickly, it was definitely damaged before being sent so that's something to watch, especially as they requested the book back, but I now have a perfect condition book, so positive outcome

  The book was described accurately and is in brand new condition. It was one of the cheapest new copies on EBay. It was posted in very secure cardboard packaging and was delivered quite quickly. To be honest, buyer communications weren’t great but I don’t massively care about them as long as I get the item - which I did.

  I'm a repeat customer of Books etc. I've always found them completely reliable. On this occasion, though, my order went astray. The response was to send me a replacement via courier. I'd say that's the test of an excellent seller - if there's a problem, get it sorted quickly. As ever, price, condition, packaging, and so on, were all A1. Would definitely recommend.

  Fantastic experience with this seller. I had an issue with the clay in my kit being dried out, which is something they couldn't have known about before me opening the box. I sent them a message and they replied quickly and kindly with a resolution, replacing my kit for me. Overall the kit was fantastic value and arrived brand new, in perfect condition bar the clay. Very trustworthy and helpful.
