    Anfängliche Skepsis, da man mitteilte, dass meine E-Mail Anfrage erst beantwortet würde, nachdem gezahlt ist. Hab aber dann auf die Antwort verzichtet, da ich das Teil - wenn es nicht gepasst hätte - zurückgeschickt hätte. War dann aber echt erstaunt über die schnelle, kostenlose Lieferung - DHL-Express - aus dem Ausland. Das Teil selbst - sauber und technisch i.O. - sofort eingebaut und wieder viele Euros an Werkstattkosten gespart. Ich kann die Firma nur empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

    Unglaublich guter Service! Anfragen werden fast sofort beantwortet und die Ware übertrifft meine Erwartungen - der Aschenbecher war in einem TOP Zustand. Lieferung hat drei Tage gedauert, so schnell liefert mancher Händler aus Deutschland nicht. Ich werden hier auf alle Fälle wieder bestellen. Besser geht es nicht !!! Vielen Dank !!!

    communication was great and shipping was very fast. unfortunately I found a scratch on the display panel which was not visible in the pictures. seller just offered a discount for a future purchase and that left me a little bitter. I dropped pursuing because it's hard to prove who's right, but I swear that I did not make the scratch. actually, had I seen it in the pictures, I wouldn't have bought the item.
