The product descriptions are accurate and the products I have purchased all look new and they often come with addition items i.e. the wheel set I purchased had new S-W tires on them. Items ship fast and well packaged. Finally Maxx is a wealth of knowledge and helps with any technical/component compatibility questions.

  Packaged arrived well packed and secure & as described. The shipping was slow but he made me aware he was on vacation within an hour of ordering. I feel like I got a great value.

  Shipping and delivery was quick as reflected in the shipping cost. The wheelset was packaged in a box meant for cycling wheels and they sustained no damage. The wear marks and overall condition was as described. I put the wheels on a truing stand and they were fine. I feel this was a good value and am happy with the price and wheelset.
