  The figure took over a month to arrive overseas to the US! Please do be patient! Though in hindsight, I would opt for tracked shipping. Unfortunately due to the negligence of the shipping carrier, the envelope it was sent in was sliced and the figure was a little damaged! This is not the fault of the seller and we resolved a refund dispute. I cannot express enough how kindly and quickly the seller responded to my concerns. For something vintage, the price is excellent. Thank you!

  Item is as described; used with minor stains/discolouration in certain areas but nothing to complain about. Shipping time was slightly delayed but only by 2 business days. Communication and customer service was fantastic and with a high reputation/rating I had no doubt that the seller would be able to assist when and however possible. Would highly recommend this trusted seller, will definitely purchase from again if an item becomes desirable for myself in the future!

  Suite à un problème de livraison (produit endommagé pendant la livraison), le vendeur m'a proposé plusieurs solutions afin d'obtenir satisfaction: échange contre un objet identique, un objet similaire ou un remboursement. Même si je n'ai pas pu avoir le produit, je suis très satisfait de mon expérience avec de vendeur! Vendeur disponible, à l'écoute, très professionnel et fait son possible pour trouver une solution.   Seller replies very quickly with clear excellent communication. Item was shipped out fast from Italy which I remembered it was in the same day or just the next day after ordering and it arrived in around 2 weeks. Though I overlooked the description of the toy, I thought it was 15" large instead of 15" in size which is actually a lot smaller than I was expecting, it is still a well made great looking tiny toy, I hope my little niece will like. Highly recommend this seller ! 👍
