  I had second thoughts about this purchase and asked for a refund before it was shipped. The seller provided the refund, no questions asked. It was only after I received my refund that they followed up by asking what caused me to change my mind. I happily gave an explanation because I felt the seller was asking for the right reasons: to see if there's anything they could do to improve their products or services. This was reassuring, and I may well order from this seller again.

  Good transaction, but the seller listed the item as coming from New York, New York. It actually shipped from India. I was not expecting to wait for overseas air via ShipRocket. The item looks as described. Communication for personalization was good as well.
