    It took a while for the seller to dispatch my item (a week) and communication wasn’t as easy as I’d hoped but once underway my item was delivered quickly, was packaged safely and the condition was very good as advertised. There are no defects whatsoever. Therefore still a positive experience and I would order again.

    This seller is excellent with communication and made sure that I had a DVD player that was compatible with this Region 2 DVD before shipping my order.     Arrived in the same condition and appearance as the photographs showed in the listing, thanks due to the packaging. Complete value for money. I received the DVD much quicker than I expected to. Superb quality that matched the listing. Thank you so much.

    So I got a message from this company to say that they were posting this item the following week. The message was dated 8th August therefore I gave 7 days which makes that the 16th. It is now 24th! NO order??? There is still no tracking available therefore I am going to raise this issue with eBay. £100 for a DVD and this is the service they give??? Well, seems to me they have no respect for customers and I am reporting you for fraud. You have clearly lied and fooled me into spending nearly £100
