  Item is made of metal mesh and was shipped in a single layer plastic mailing envelope , arrived, smashed and unusable notified seller absolutely no communication eventually had to involve eBay to get a return initiated. Still no contact from seller so refunded the purchase price.

  Product came with a broken leg. Seller sent several messages asking to accept replacement so they don't have to reimburse me. Do they want me to accept a replacement with another broken one? They refused to solve the situation. Did not send a label for returns no matter how many times I asked that and lately stopped communicating. Please stay away from purchasing from this seller.
