    Gracious seller and great communication. Shipped quickly and packaged safely...but things happen. The necklace had broken at a weak spot and given the age and that it's costume jewelry, not all that surprising. I was just going to try to repair but seller refunded as well. Very good and appreciated! Would buy from again.
