  I searched for hours looking for a backpack system with the bladder.. the pics and description showed the backpack with it and said there wqwas a backpack with it.. now when I look at it it clearly shows only the bladder which is what was delivered.. so I'm upset but have zero proof now that I got the wrong item delivered.. I'd like to return it but I don't have the return address

  Items arrived exactly as described. BUT the package was ripped open on the end (all three packages were the same). Not sure if it was a bad package or USPS sloppy handling.
