  Shipped on time, just a small mix up sending one wrong item. Easy mistake as I had ordered a few and they look similar. It was corrected immediately upon receiving, and right one was sent next day! Great and kind communication, and issue was resolved. New item was as described and came on time as well. Thx so much!

  Charm is very cute but had slight issue, contacted seller and resolution was immediate. I appreciate that. As a house bound senior with no printer return would have been an issue for me. Seller was VERY considerate. 🙏 Charms were packaged well, shipped and delivered quickly, and very cute. Thank you SO much. I highly recommend this seller and will definitely keep on my favorites list.
