  Ordered echo 590 chainsaw with bar and chain. When I received the package, I noticed that it looked like it had came to a combat zone during the USPS shipping process. When I open the box, the bar was no longer in the box had a big hole where it probably had fallen out during shipping. The chainsaw was busted up. I took pictures and notified the seller, the seller started the process immediately to refund money. The seller did an awesome job making it right?

  Seller very easy to deal with very pleasant respectful and will answer any questions you have immediately. My package was actually lost for four or five days in the seller went above and beyond to find it.   Good overall transaction - the small extension was not a snap on part but everything else was - not a big deal. item was shipped lightning fast and well packed. item also a very good price by todays standards.

  The item came exactly as described, took it out back to test it and it flies as if it were brand new. Seller provided great information when delivery was showing that they were waiting for the package. Will definitely buy from the seller again. Was a little skeptical at first as I have been scammed in the past but seller was open and responsive. 10/10 experience and product!
