    Item arrived on time and was new and sealed as listed. Packaging was great. Issue was with tracking. Given a tracking number days ago yet no updates at all, even after item had been delivered. Seems the seller is HMV or affiliated which is fine as at least you know it will Moore than likely arrive. Will buy from again but not rely on tracking only dates.

    Only part of the order arrived. As soon as the seller was informed, they found the problem and rectified it. What did arrive was well packaged. Quick dispatch. Arrived in pristine condition, brand new and sealed. Exactly as described. Great communication. Fantastic value. Thank You.

    Hellishly expensive, HOWEVER it turned out to be as described: mint, sealed, brand-spanking new. A jewel case instead of a digisleeve, which i much preferred. Customer service tried to be helpful. Communication was good. Item was well packaged and arrived very quickly. All in all a really good experience.

    Received safe and sound, thank you. The packaging was sensible and protected the item as required without being eccentric. The item was just as described by the seller and will add value to my collection. Very happy thank you and happy to recommend the seller too.

    Thank you! I ordered this DVD from my local bookstore four weeks ago. It hadn't arrived until yesterday, and the delivery date was unknown. So I ordered and paid for the DVD from you yesterday. Immediately afterward, I tried to cancel the DVD order through my local bookstore's online shop, but they told me I couldn't cancel. So I asked you to cancel. This morning, the bookstore's online shop told me the order had been canceled there as well. So I'm ordering from you again now.
