Ciao e benvenuto nel nostro piccolo negozio. Abbiamo sede nelle splendide montagne del Colorado in una piccola città chiamata Salida. Abbiamo un piccolo negozio di spedizione/antiquariato che è alla base delle nostre operazioni. Abbiamo un miscuglio di persone diverse che contribuiscono al successo del nostro negozio. Acquisiamo il nostro inventario da vendite immobiliari, vendite garage e ovunque possiamo trovare oggetti unici. Ci piace imparare la storia di diversi oggetti, dall'antiquariato agli oggetti vintage, abbiamo anche oggetti moderni. Siamo orgogliosi di essere un negozio onesto e cerchiamo sempre di rendere la migliore esperienza possibile per i nostri clienti. Apprezziamo i nostri clienti e i loro acquisti e ci piace trovare nuove case per molti articoli. Date un'occhiata in giro e se avete domande siamo disposti a rispondere.

Now the seller says I broke a part off of it and will not refund my money. The box the item was in was damaged when I got it and also in the seller's original posting (which is no longer on eBay or in the sellers store). From the photos one can see the wheel was not on the end of the gondola when I received it. Not really we still would have refunded as they are correct that we sent the wrong item. However we asked to find a resolution and did not outright refuse a refund. The wheel that was broken off was not in the train box but loose in the "homemade box". The train box was not damaged any more than it originally was from time and handling. Either way the full refund has already been sent an a apology sent for the mishap.
