  The dryer was as described. New in original packaging on a pallet. While not needed, it was shipped with white glove service included and arrived within the time frame promised. The seller responded promptly regarding concerns about the delivery.

  Great merchant! Excellent communication and reasonable to work with. The TV arrived as described and is working as expected. Easy to communicate with the delivery carrier (via their website), scheduled and delivered the TV within the time range provided on the previous date.

  Price was 100% on time. TV's perfect, obviously new, nary a spec of dust. Even the box looked new - not shipped thousands of miles. Shipping took a bit, but the quality of delivery - unpacking, verifying accessories, even assuring the S90D display worked - was priceless!

  Miserably slow shipping. The s90d I got was in Greta condition though and I’m very happy with the price and everything else but that shipping too like 2 weeks. will never buy from this seller again because of that shipping.

  Thanks for the honest feedback, funnyfurs. We're glad you’re loving the condition and price of your new S90D! Regarding the slow shipping times. We Unfortunately need to ship all TVs over 50 inches with white glove delivery which is advertised as Flat rate freight, which is usually 6-12 business days, since they are a high damage rate item with UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL. We thank you greatly for your understanding, and hope to see you back again soon!!

  So the stove arrived and there is no apparent damage. Looks like the seller accurately described it. However the seller needs to find a different shipper. AM Trucking is incompetent to put it bluntly. The dispatch overbooked the delivery route and didn't keep appointments made in advance. Apparently they don't know how to use an appliance cart as they didn't use the safety strap. As a former truck driver, I wouldn't work for this company.

We're truly sorry about the poor delivery experience—this is not typical of what our customers usually encounter. We’ll be filing a report with the carrier to ensure your concerns are addressed as the misuse of the strap could have ended in the unit being damaged which thankfully was not. All delivery personnel should have/use the proper equipment. We appreciate your support & understanding!
