  The item was lost in transit so not the sellers fault. The seller gave me a full refund as they didn't have anymore stock of the item I required. I feel a very good seller who solved a problem very positively and replied to my messages quickly. I would certainly use this seller again due to the way they resolved the problem that had been caused by the carrier and not by them.

  Awful seller. First order went awol, had no reply from seller, so eBay had to intervene. Took a chance and reordered, as they’re my favourite sandals, but when they eventually arrived, they were totally the wrong pair, not what I ordered. Contacted seller to rectify, again no response!   Ordered 2. They arrived and they were huge. Bad sizing. Returned that day and they arrived back to seller 5 days ago. I’ve now had to ask eBay to step in for a refund. No communication from seller. Terrible service. Expensive over priced postage too
