    Good communicator & responder, there was a glitch in the automated ordering system which slowed the despatch time, they responded quickly to a message, sorted the issue quickly & let me know what was happening. Package arrived in good condition with a quick delivery time once despatched. I'm in the UK, they took care of all the costs ie import tax all in one transaction. Easy to deal with and great at sorting out an issue after sales. 👍👍
