  Amazing customer service and willing to take the extra steps to provide additional tech support to ensure I was using the correct uconnect screen, module and adapters. He took the extra step to call me to troubleshoot my issue even though he knew that his product, the bypass code, has already worked and completed its job. He helped me narrowed down the issue that I was using the wrong U5 12” screen and adapters. After swapping to the correct screen and adapters, it works! 10 stars!
