      The sunroof unfortunately arrived damaged during shipping, but the seller’s customer service was excellent. They responded quickly, were understanding, and issued a full refund. Things happen in transit, but it makes a huge difference when a seller is responsive and helpful. I’d absolutely buy from them again based on the way they handled the situation.

      Seller communicated well and responded quickly to my questions which prompted my purchase. The part that arrived had an issue and the seller was quick to offer a refund. Rather than a refund, or waiting for another part to be shipped, we were able to resolve the issue in a manner that was agreeable to both of us, which was helpful to me and my end customer who needed their vehicle repaired immediately. Bottom line: I would and will buy from this seller again.

      Part arrived Friday the 13th and was packed most securely. The shifter looks good. I can't make any comment now on functionality as I've not yet installed it. So I'll presume that is operational. Thanks for quick service and a good looking part.
