  I love IBS - I've been buying from this seller for years! Seller is reliable, honest & only supplies authentic parts of the highest quality (this is vital for me). The parts always look new & in good condition. Pricing is excellent & seller is willing to negotiate if I request lower rates (this is also paramount to my needs).   I got sick of communicating, promise, promise, promise. Seller just needed one more day, then one more day... Seller sent the wrong size sanding belts and just never followed through finding the belts in the description, he thought they would. I explained the difference, it didn't help, probably didn't believe me. No more Metabo sanding belts from here, or anything else. The belts I received are too big, not by much, but still too big. Very poor condition as well.

  This situation could have been easily resolved with a refund, replacement, or any other solution, but the buyer chose not to cooperate. The items were shipped unused and in their original packaging, contrary to what was stated. It is disappointing to have our reputation affected by claims that are not accurate, especially when we are always willing to work with our customers to make things right.
