  Great experience. The item was REALLY well packed and arrived in perfect condition. The item was exactly as described, and the price was competitive (low, actually!) for a Cuisinart replacement part. Wonderful seller.

  Seller broke one when packing but shipped anyway ! Did communicate that this had happened but since these were a gift I didn't want them broken. Seller did issue a full refund and these were donated! Too bad because they would of made a great gift.
