  I received a laptop with specs that were way below what I ordered. I ordered a laptop with 4k display and 1tb hard drive and received one with 1080p display and 500gb hard drive. Seller claimed he sent my laptop to another customer. I hope that's true and not trying to pass on a lesser product than ordered. I did get my refund after contacting seller.

  This issue came from an error with the shipping carrier, which made a mistake when scanning the QR code of the shipping label of this customer's order and another customer who received this customer's order. I quickly resolved the issue by issuing the customer a full refund and solved the issue with the carrier.
