There was damage to part of the order despite extremely careful packaging on the part of the seller. I sent a photo on receipt...and a replacement arrived safe and sound today (Wednesday). As a model of how to treat customers, this seller gets the gold medal! Great item and price, too.

The tent that I received is totally inferior with a completely different zip arrangement. I specifically wanted the tent with 2x separate zips as shown on the seller's picture. I really cannot understand how they can advertise an item and send something that's completely different. Either they knew what they were doing or they didn't. They've made a gesture of a refund of some money which I accepted.
