    HurryPart shipped the item (camera) immediately, and then while USPS had possession of the item it sat “lost” for a few weeks. HurryPart went out of their way to ship me another camera in the mean time. Both parties filing lost mail claims. HurryPart checked regularly to see if part had arrived. Once part finally arrived they reached out yet again to make sure everything was good with it. They went above and beyond making sure I got my part when USPS dropped the ball. I will buy from them again.

    This was an expensive part. Even though I thought I had listed the VIN number to the vehicle in the order, they took the time to reach out to verify the VIN number to ensure that I had the proper part. They went above and beyond. The service was prompt. The part was exactly as described. Excellent customer service.
