  Received all items as advertised in the description. Everything is in working order and in great condition. It was packaged very well. Had a few hiccups with shipping but I’m going to chalk that up to federal holidays. Seller responded and kept me updated as much as possible and was friendly. I appreciate the communication and good item condition.

  Tremendous seller! Communication throughout the entire process even through a missed delivery issue that was my fault. Equipment was exactly as described and came in safe and secure packaging for protection. This gift was for my little sister who was nostalgic for the game. She was so excited to receive it and set it up immediately to play. It will be a fun time for the whole family. Thank you to the seller for making this happen during a hectic Christmas! 5/5 stars, would recommend to all!

  Overall very happy with the purchase! There are a few things that I wish were better. There main things are 1. The red guitar was missing the back piece to cover the batteries. I don’t recall seeing that listed in the description. 2. Packaging was not great, there should have been much more bubble wrap. I was surprised that the guitars were not affected. The shipping was slower but the time of year was likely the issue. Overall still great value.

  Shipping time was okay. Item was described as working but once received and tested, I noticed several buttons were not working. Seller offered a free return or partial refund for repairs on item. Packaging was great and with the partial refund, overall, the value on this listing was great as well.

  The game I bought was offered at a very reasonable price. The seller provided tracking information and the order arrived in good time; ahead of the given estimate. My purchase arrived in good condition and full working order. It had clearly been packaged with its safety in mind. I’m very happy with this order, and I can’t wait to play this rare game from my childhood. I can’t wait to replay this game from my childhood.
